A coaching circle is a small group of individuals with common goals who want to work on those goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
They meet once a month to learn and grow by coaching and being coached alongside other purpose-driven business leaders who share values of purpose, authenticity and a coaching approach to leadership.
Participants will share, resolve real challenges/issues
confidentially and learn from each other.
Use of videoconference/conference call technologies.
All members have their turn in the “hot seat” during which
the rest of the group serves as peer coaches.
Group members offer each other honest feedback,
brainstorming, cheerleading and much needed truth-telling.
Participants meet for an hour every 4-6 weeks (frequency can be negotiated by the group).
Connecting with like minds with similar challenges.
Gaining a better understanding of the wider context.
Learning from peers who share similar experiences and are
wrestling with the same problems.
Discussing challenges in a secure, confidential environment
where participants feel supported and understood by their
peers.
